Shipping Policy
At Urban American Girl, we strive to deliver your order quickly and securely. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase. Standard U.S shipping take 7 business days, while international shipping make take up to 15 business days, depending on location and customs.
Once your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or product launches. UAG is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or incorrect addresses.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Urban American Girl, your satisfaction matter to us. We accept returns and exchanged within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. To start a return, contact Support@urbanamericangirl.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive detailed instructions for sending your items back.
Please note that return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer, and sales or limited edition items are final sale.
